Officers of the Valley Police Department located King at a residence in the 1700 block of 55th Street this morning, and arrested him at 9:30 a.m.
Earlier in the week, Officers received a report from Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences identifying King as a DNA match to evidence from the victim following the sexual assault.
King has been charged with Burglary First Degree, Rape First Degree, and Sodomy First Degree. He is currently being held on no bond in the Chambers County Detention Facility pending a bond hearing.

King was previously arrested in July for kidnapping a woman on 61st Street in Valley.
One of the victims, Cori Cook, said in an interview following the July incident that King held a gun in her face, and even her 8-year-old son was afraid to walk the dog.
